Return and Exchange

We are committed to providing the best products and services for our customers. Our goal is for every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. Because of this, returns or exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis.

If you are unsure of any product or purchase, please call or email us first. Let us help you make sure you are ordering the correct products. Once your items arrive, if you have any questions feel free to call or email us. Technology can be tricky to install and setup, so save yourself some time and headaches and let us give you some pointers. Most returns are due to incorrectly ordered products, or incorrectly installed products.

As a general rule, returns will be charged a 5% return fee. Items that fail while under warranty, will not be charged a return fee. If an item fails while under warranty, please contact us to get an RMA number and return shipping instructions.

During these current times of supply chain issues, we urge you to call ahead before placing your order with us.  We try to keep a supply of most products, but we can not guarantee availability.  If you place an order without calling us, and then you decide you want a refund because the item is not in stock, then we will charge a 3% service fee to your refund amount.
